(ILS-DOLE)
ADB sought to inspire design-led collaboration in conjunction with their 6 Pillars of Innovative Thinking. By the end of our program, the participants developed a clear understanding of Human-Centered Design and how they could apply this to their work.
The challenge faced by ADB was to inspire design-led innovation and collaboration across the 6 Pillars of Innovative Thinking in the organization.
ADB chose Design Thinking as the medium for introducing design-led innovation in the organization.
Our task was to design and run a program that enables the participants to understand the organizational problems and come up with action steps for each Pillar of Innovative Thinking.
In order to empathize and understand the organizational problems, we did stakeholder interviews.
We designed a one-day customized workshop to address those issues through Design Thinking and encourage collaboration and activate team-driven innovative thinking.
By the end of the program, the participants developed a clear understanding of Design Thinking Thinking and Human-Centered Design and how they could apply this to their work and in conjunction with the 6 Pillars of Innovative Thinking.
By understanding the complexities inherent in each Pillar through Design Thinking, the participants were able to drive alignment and prototype ideas of potential solutions to communication challenges and new interfaces for internal application.
