To help our clients solve complex problems we provide services from User Insighting to Design Thinking and Design Sprint workshops for customer and employee experiences. We work with clients across a wide range of sectors (including telecommunications, retail, government, pharmaceutical, insurance and banking) and on projects with startups to multinational corporations.
We would like to hire an experienced Account Manager to join our team to help manage requests across all clients and ensure full alignment across the organization. In this role, you will build close relationships with our clients and client delivery teams (User Experience and Design Thinking) to support their work on research projects and Design Thinking engagements including Design Sprints.
