Applications are now open for Facilitation Internship Program!

Facilitation Internship Program

Are you apt in helping others make difficult decisions for a common purpose? Get immersed in the process of facilitating workshops to move forward from challenges here at On-Off Group.

What can you expect to learn during your internship?

Learn how facilitation moves groups through sessions, addressing an agenda in order to reach a common goal.
During your time at On-Off Group, expect to develop skills you wouldn’t typically learn in a classroom setting such as:
  • Miro board creation
  • Facilitation techniques
  • Design Thinking

What will I be doing during the internship?

As an intern, you’ll have the unique opportunity to be involved in running productive sessions that bring teams to achieve objectives that will outline the path for moving forward in OOG.
Here are some of the key tasks and activities lined up for you:
  • Work directly under the CEO of OOG
  • Prepare materials for workshops
  • Create workshop boards on Miro
  • Facilitate small teams in breakout rooms

Frequently asked questions

How long is the internship?

We just require a minimum duration of 2 months but otherwise, the internship is flexible. You’re expected to render at least 30 hours of work weekly.

Will I get paid?

You’ll be paid PHP300 per day. Enough to cover transportation, food, and other expenses. Do know that the entire company is currently working remotely until further notice.

I’m not based in Metro Manila, can I still apply?

Currently, we’re working fully remotely due to Covid-19. The internship will be fully remote. You learn about how we work remotely here.

We can also take in interns outside of the Philippines, but you would need to work at Philippine Standard Time.

I don’t know how to code. Can I still join?

You don't need to be good at Visual Design or Coding to apply as an Intern. You just need to be an effective communicator with an eagerness to learn.
